Where time is short, members of the Commercial Group will be available to provide prompt advice and practical assistance in making urgent applications such as freezing or search orders and other injunctions.

Where the matter is not urgent, we will nevertheless endeavour to give advice as quickly as possible. Our maximum turn around is 21 days for non-urgent paperwork. We will ensure that deadlines are met.

We will often be able to give a preliminary view over the telephone, but advice and draft documents will be provided in whatever format is required.

We will travel to wherever we are needed - to any part of the country or overseas - to appear as advocates or to advise.  We will also happily see clients at their solicitors' offices or at their own premises.

We regularly represent parties in arbitrations and mediations. 

Andrew Gore is an Accredited Mediator of the Centre for Dispute Resolution and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and sits both as arbitrator and mediator.

Cameron Maxwell Lewis in an Accredited Mediator of the ADR Group and acts as a commercial mediator.

Terence Vaughan is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
