The Employment Group's work includes not only litigation but also specialist advisory work and drafting contracts of employment and consultancy contracts.  Members of the Group represent employers and employees before civil courts and tribunals at first instance and on appeal.

The fees of Members of the Group are flexible and are fixed according to the demands of a case.  The Group acts on the principle that clients ought to be represented before a tribunal and is committed to accept cases through the Free Representation Unit.
