Whilst grounded in the common law tradition, Fenners Chambers is organised around groups of barristers, each led by a senior member of chambers and specialising in different areas of work: Commercial, Crime, Environment & Planning, Employment, Family, Personal Injury, Property and Probate & Inheritance law. Within each group there is further individual specialisation. The degree of specialisation varies from member to member and some members are prepared to undertake work, especially advocacy, in certain areas outside their main specialisations.
